Dibrugarh : 13-Year-Old Boy Missing from Duliajan, Assam.

Vishal Chandra, a 13-year-old boy, has been missing from Sonapur Namghar in Duliajan, Assam since August 20, 2023. He was last seen wearing a black half-t-shirt. Vishal is 3.5 feet tall and has a slim build. He has black hair and brown eyes.

The family is appealing to the public to help in the search for their son.
