Alleged Bribery Scandal Surrounding Aryan Khan's Release: Sameer Wankhede Denies Claims

Bribery Scandal Surrounding Aryan Khan's Release

Amidst the ongoing controversy, Sameer Wankhede, the former zonal director of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), has vehemently denied the allegations of accepting a bribe from Shah Rukh Khan in exchange for the release of his son, Aryan Khan. However, the purported extortion demand by Wankhede continues to capture public attention. Recent reports suggest that a bribe amount initially set at Rs 25 crore was negotiated down to Rs 18 crore through tough bargaining by SRK's manager, Pooja Dadlani. Additionally, it is alleged that Dadlani made a down payment of Rs 50 lakh. Notably, these claims suggest that the funds used by Dadlani were not her own but were arranged by a Bandra politician known for his close association with Bollywood.

However, it is important to note that there is currently no concrete evidence establishing the existence of the alleged bribe demand or its connection to Wankhede. Investigations into the matter are ongoing, and no definitive trail has been established between the so-called bribe amount and Sameer Wankhede.

Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan, was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28, following his arrest by the NCB in connection with an alleged drugs case. The case continues to draw attention and scrutiny as authorities delve into the claims surrounding the release of the young actor.
