Assam : Earthquake tremors felt in Assam and other parts of North Eastern India. Earthquake of Magnitude 4.4 Strikes Hkamti District in the Sagaing Region of Myanmar on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at 12:55 PM local time. The epicenter of the earthquake was located at 26°37'12.0"N 96°05'24.0"E, which is about 100 kilometers southwest of the town of Hkamti, Myanmar. The earthquake was felt in Assam as well as in the other neighboring states in Northeast. There have been no reports of any injuries or damage caused by the earthquake.
