An individual from a neighboring country has accused Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) of causing unrest and terror in Pakistan. This accusation comes in the wake of the arrest of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad.
Sehar Shinwari, an actor and social activist, took to Twitter to express her concern and stated that she plans to file a complaint against the Indian PM and RAW with the Delhi Police. She further claimed that India is trying to escalate the tense political situation in Pakistan and called upon the United Nations to take immediate action against India.
In response to Shinwari's tweets, the Delhi Police replied that they do not have jurisdiction in Pakistan and asked how she was able to tweet when the internet has been shut down in her country.
Pakistan had suspended social media and internet services across the country following the arrest of Imran Khan. According to reports, internet services in major cities have been shut down, and mobile services have been suspended in most areas of Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.
