Rahul Gandhi Reschedules US Visit

In a recent development, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has made changes to his planned visit to the United States. Originally scheduled to commence on May 31, sources now reveal that his tour will begin on May 28. The revised itinerary includes various engagements, including a program at Stanford University and interactions with the Indian diaspora.

According to reliable sources, Rahul Gandhi will participate in a program at Stanford University and engage with the Indian diaspora from May 29 to 30. A significant highlight of his visit will be a rally at New York's iconic Madison Square Garden, where he is expected to address around 5,000 Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Additionally, Gandhi will take part in a panel discussion held in Washington.

During his time in the United States, Rahul Gandhi will also visit Stanford University in California, where he is slated to deliver a notable speech. This visit presents an opportunity for him to meet with politicians and entrepreneurs, fostering connections and discussions on various subjects.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled for an official state visit to the US on June 22. During his visit, he will be hosted by US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden for a state dinner at the White House, underscoring the significance of the bilateral relationship between the two nations.

It is worth noting that Rahul Gandhi has recently been making headlines for his return from London, where he delivered speeches at Cambridge University, highlighting government criticism and shedding light on Indian democracy. In March of this year, he spoke at a convention organized by the Association of Journalists in London and also engaged in an in-conversation session at the Chatham House think tank.

The rescheduled US visit by Rahul Gandhi promises to be a significant opportunity for him to engage with the Indian diaspora, deliver impactful speeches, and participate in crucial discussions on a global platform.
